Each plate is logged, visually inspected and crosschecked with their database to confirm its original specs. The plates are then pressure washed, rinsed, stripped, dipped in acids dye checked regasketed and finally re-inspected. They can also be hydrostatically tested before they are re-crated for shipment back to you.
