Bran+Luebbe is a division of SPX Process Equipment and is a worldwide leader in metering, analyzing and processing liquids and solids.
NOVADOS Metering Pumps
NOVADOS metering pumps can be used in a wide range of applications where liquids need to be either metered or blended using either diaphragm or plunger technology. All pumps are available in a variety of wet-end materials designed to suite each application.
Double-Acting Diaphragm Pump Head
A power pack by SPX: Bran+Luebbe brand’s double-acting diaphragm pump head generates a “true” double flow rate by using only a simplex pump. When compared to duplex pumps the required footprint for this model is substantially reduced. Market applications include Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical. Performance range is up to 400 bar operating pressure and 302 degrees Fahrenheit.
ProCam Series of Diaphragm and Plunger Metering Pumps
ProCam pumps offer a robust and compact design that supports operation even under harsh environmental conditions. Dual PTFE diaphragm pumps are designed for low to medium range hazardous liquid applications at an economical price while the plunger pumps are designed for economic metering of non-hazardous fluids with operating pressures up to 80 bar and flow rates from 0.16 to 60 l/h.
ProCam double diaphragm FDA approved pumps include CIP features for hygienic and sterile applications in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetics, personal care, food and beverage industries.
ProCam Metering Stations offer a compact mixing and preparation unit that when combined with a ProCam metering pump deliver a complete solution for preparing and metering chemicals.
ProCam Smart pumps offer a standard, economical, general purpose, PTFE double diaphragm design that is hermetically sealed and includes stainless steel wetted parts. This pump is suitable for handling most liquids including hazardous materials at operating pressures up to 20 bar and flow rates up to 500 l/h.
H Series Metering Pumps
All H Series Metering Pumps are hermetically sealed, worm gear driven with either PTFE or Stainless Steel diaphragms and either PVC, PP or SS housings on models H1 – H4, only SS on models H5-H6. Plunger available in either SS or Ceramic. Flow rate control available as manual, electric, pneumatic or variable speed. Other materials of construction are available including super duplex, hastelloy and titanium.
