California leads the country in milk production, and in 2003 produced over 4 billion gallons. Large corporate and co-operative dairies manufacture every day, in every part of the state.

	Lightnin mixers, often with polished impellers, are used for numerous processes including, blending, hydrating powders and maintaining thermal stability.
